Applying styles

Content of tables
  • There are special styles for tables available in a more condensed format.
  • Type the content in the table cell.
  • Select the new text, but do not modify the formatting using the paragraph and font settings under the home menu tab.
  • Instead, apply the Table style for consistent formatting and a uniform layout with a single click.
  • Use the Table Body Content style for general text and paragraphs.
  • Use the Table List Numbered style of the right Level for numbered lists; there are 2 pre-made levels.
  • Use the Table List Bullets style of the right Level for bulleted lists; there are 2 pre-made levels.
  • If only specific words need to be modified, select those words, and then manually change the font as usual with the paragraph and font settings under the home menu tab, but only after the correct style has been applied.
  • To continue with regular text underneath the numbered list, select the text and apply the Table Body Content style.
  • Do not create headings inside a table.
  • For headings inside a table, apply the Title Without Heading style.
